Before you step into the kitchen and start cooking, come over to The Zen Den and unroll your mat for a Thanksgiving day yoga flow. In spirit of this special holiday and with gratitude in our hearts we’ll give thanks for all the special moments this year has brought us. This is an all-level class, you’re welcome to bring any special props, pillows or blankets as we will enjoy an extra long savasana following our class.
