Gym Rules

• Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel.
• No kids inside the gym for their safety and out of respect for others training.
• Please arrive on time so we can start together and respect everyone’s schedule.
• Please place all equipment back where it belongs when you are finished.
• No refunds.

Bring your strength, your hurt, your tears, your stress, and your motivation every time you come to train.
When you walk into the Iron Cave, give it everything you’ve got and leave it all there.
