I’m excited to share that I’ve officially completed my forest bathing guide training

This journey has been deeply grounding and transformative. It reminded me of the power of slowing down, listening, and reconnecting with nature—and with myself. One of the most meaningful moments was reflecting on whether I’m truly in alignment with my life purpose. That shift brought so much clarity and affirmation, and it’s something I’ll carry forward into everything I offer.

I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and for the tools, presence, and confidence it’s given me to hold space for others in a gentle, intentional way. I’m looking forward to sharing forest bathing as a pathway back to authenticity, connection, and inner calm.
