Cancellation Policy
Your time is extremely important to us therefore we are reserving a spot just for you. Failing to contact us 12 hours or more to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a charge of $30 for the scheduled service. Two or more spa services will require a 24-hour notice. *This will go into effect after you have scheduled your first appointment. This charge is to compensate the time that was reserved for you, as we will not be able to accommodate another person with such short notice. A credit card or valid gift certificate will be required to schedule any appointment, please be prepared to provide the card that you would like to have on file. We ask you only schedule appointments you can ensure you will be able to make, please keep this in mind when scheduling.
*If using a gift certificate to schedule an appointment, if you are unable to cancel within the 24-hour notice we will charge the gift certificate half of the amount of the service scheduled. If a no show or if you are unable to cancel again (2nd reschedule) within the 24-hour notice the remaining balance of the gift certificate will be used.
