✨ You’re allowed to protect your heart. It’s okay to skip the baby-filled gatherings or mute the pregnancy announcements for a little while.
✨ Create tiny traditions that honor the family you’re growing — light a candle for your future child, write them a letter, or pick out an ornament that says “Baby’s First Christmas 2026.”
✨ Lean on your people — your partner, your surrogacy group chat, your therapist, or that one friend who actually gets it. You don’t have to carry this alone.
✨ One day you’ll look back on these quiet, aching holidays and realize they were part of the sacred before. The season when hope was stretching your heart wide enough to hold the love that’s coming.

One of the first questions prospective surrogates ask: “How many times can I carry as a surrogate?”
According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) guidelines followed by all trusted agencies:
• Maximum of 6 previous live births total (your own children + surrogacies)
• No more than 3 C-sections
• Age 21–42
These limits are in place for your health and safety. ❤️
If you’ve had uncomplicated pregnancies, are between 21–42, and feel called to help another family, we’d love to talk with you!
