We understand how difficult it is to make the decision to place a loved one in the care of others. Understanding this, we offer a specially designed program to ensure that each of our residents is provided with the individualized and compassionate care they need to enjoy their golden years. The program begins with a comprehensive pre-placement assessment completed at either the resident’s home, hospital, or skilled nursing facility. During this assessment, we work closely with loved ones and medical staff to learn more about the individual’s personality, food likes, dislikes, sleeping schedules, favorite pastimes, hobbies, activities, family dynamics, and any other factors that may have influenced their life up to that point. Then based on our assessment we develop a personalized plan of care that is designed to meet that individual’s needs.
