Nearly 15 years, 2 rebrands and 5 office spaces later (umm 👵🏼🤭)… what started as a tiny mobile business has grown into something I couldn’t dare dream up and with it, so have I. I’m constantly humbled by the trust and support you’ve all given me over the years. My ultimate goal, always, is to provide the highest value & experience possible each and every session. I’m a firm believer in “the little things are the big things” and I strive to carry that with me into every interaction. I hope that the level of service you receive here reflects and honors that.

In order to ensure that I can continue showing up as my best self for you, I’m making some scheduling & pricing adjustments in the new year. I’m looking forward to RETREAT remaining your go-to self care space for years to come.

Pricing update!! 📢

$15 increase coming in February.

I realize that this is no small change and believe me, I don’t take these decisions lightly. Overhead costs (rent, supplies, insurance, gas for mobile appointments, etc) have increased significantly so in order continue providing the best quality of service possible, this is a necessary change.

Thank you in advance for understanding and for allowing me to be your massage therapist. Whether we’ve had 1 session or 100 sessions together, your support of my small business makes all the difference. 🙏🏼🌻

In-home requests must be a referral by a current client, although I am happy to discuss possible exceptions for individuals with special medical circumstances. ___ Price list (effective Jan 2020): 30 minutes: $35 office/ $50 mobile 60 minutes: $70 office/ $85 mobile 75 minutes: $90 office/ $105 mobile 90 minutes: $110 office/ $125 mobile 120 minutes: $145 office/ $160 mobile Modalities: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Myofacial Release Trigger Point Therapy Prenatal Massage Add-ons: Myofascial Cupping (incorporated, add $10) Theragun Session (before regular massage session, 15 min/ $15)
