Start looking into the healthy lifestyle tips for a better chance at lowering your risk of heart disease.
There are many ways to prevent heart disease starting with physical activity. You should get at least 30 minutes to a full hour of physical activity in your daily routine to maintain your weight, and lower blood pressure, as well as lower your chances of obesity and/or diabetes.

While you may know your body best, it is always efficient to get regular health checkups to maintain your body's health or manage any issues you may currently have. Checking on blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and/or having a blood sugar test, such as a diabetes screening can be very important when managing your heart health, and your body's health in general.

There are many other ways you can prevent heart disease, maintain your health, and prolong your life! Visit Mayo Clinic or the American Heart Association for more heart healthy tips. ❤️
