When Greg was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018, early screening made all the difference. His experience inspired him to become a passionate advocate for early detection and a source of strength for others facing a cancer diagnosis.

Today, Greg is proud to be part of our Peer Mentorship Program here at Community Cancer Institute, helping spread awareness about the power of early screening and offering support to others on their journey.

Meet Ramon. 👋

Living with sickle cell disease hasn’t been easy. For years, the pain and complications made it hard for Ramon to do the things he loved, but he never let it stop him from working as a nurse practitioner and caring for others.

This year, with the help of Dr. Mohammed Bukari and our amazing team at Community Cancer Institute, everything changed. They helped manage his symptoms and connected him to a clinical trial for gene therapy — a life-changing treatment that’s helping him feel stronger every day.

Now, Ramon is dreaming big again, even planning to travel and enjoy life in ways he couldn’t before. We’re so proud to be part of his journey toward hope and healing.

Presidents Club’s 13th annual Hot Pink Classic was full of energy, laughter and purpose as 156 golfers came together for a day of fun, friendly competition and fundraising in support of the Marjorie E. Radin Breast Care Center. Together, we raised more than $170,000 to help elevate breast cancer awareness and care in our community.
