Lisa completed her radiation treatment here at Community Cancer Institute in October 2023, and proudly rang the bell!

Today, she’s celebrating more than two years as a cancer survivor and is very excited to welcome her next grandbaby next month.

A few months ago at the Central California Women’s Conference, Dr. Alexandra Freeman, Gynecologic Oncologist, reminded attendees and wants you to know that prevention matters. Regular HPV vaccination and routine Pap/HPV testing are key to preventing cervical and other HPV-related cancers.
