We had a truly rewarding day at the Brain Fair at the Brazoria County Fairgrounds, hosted by The Gathering Place.

Our team was honored to provide blood pressure, blood glucose, and oxygen level screenings for seniors in our community. A special thank you to Dr. Krell and Dr. Barnwell for generously sharing their time and expertise, educating attendees about Alzheimer’s and brain health.

The event also featured engaging Zumba and Tai Chi demonstrations, along with a wonderful lunch and delicious baked goods provided by the Catholic Daughters of America.

Grateful to be part of such a meaningful day focused on wellness, education, and community connection.

We were honored to attend the ribbon cutting and dedication of the new Donald “Dude” Payne Event Center at the Brazoria County Parks Headquarters.

This special event recognized Commissioner Payne’s 24 years of dedicated service to Brazoria County as Precinct 1 Commissioner. The ceremony also included the dedication of the J.R. Norris Maintenance Complex, honoring a longtime Parks employee whose hard work and commitment have made a lasting impact.

It was a meaningful celebration of leadership, service, and community. We are grateful to have been part of such a well-deserved recognition for two individuals who have contributed so much to Brazoria County.

Congratulations and thank you to Commissioner Dude Payne and J.R. Norris for your years of service and devotion.

We had an absolute blast at the Mardi Gras Pub Crawl with the amazing seniors at Sodalis Lake Jackson Senior Living!
What a privilege it was to be included in such a fun and festive celebration. From the beads and decorations to the laughter and great conversations, the energy was contagious! It was so special to see everyone enjoying themselves, making memories, and truly embracing the Mardi Gras spirit.
