Family and friends, today we were able to feed over 200 people.

We had food for more. But, in a good way, I think more and more people are starting to get what they need for basics to get through this time.

This is probably the last day for us serving the hot meals ready to go.

Some of us will be making deliveries of food or supplies after work hours to those still in need.

We have some items to donate if they are needed (dry goods, blankets, jackets, linens, feminine hygiene products, baby formula, water, etc.)

We ask at this time that if you or someone you know in Haywood county is still in need of food or other items, please comment below or message us with details. We will help in any way we can.

Again, we would like to thank every single person who donated or served our community during this time. We could not have done what we did without each of you. I know that people saw Jesus through you during this past week. And that’s the most important thing we can do in this life.

I chuckled today when a gentleman said today “we’re having church right here.” Amen.

Thank you also to everyone who served or donated anywhere in western North Carolina or other states that were affected by Hurricane Helene. Thank you to those of you who welcomed others in your homes for a hot shower and some electricity. 🙂

The world may be different these days. But, there is still love between neighbors and family. This storm has proved that.

Neighbors, family, and friends, today we were able to feed over 400 people with the help of everyone volunteering and all the donations!

This is not a pat on our backs, but a big thank you to God and everyone willing to help in any way. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Special shout out not only to our continued volunteers and donations, but to a special group called Eight Days of Hope helping us with meals. We are so grateful.

I think one positive we can all agree on that comes out of disheartening times like this is that we come together. Together to serve one another, pray, and try to be a little light to our neighbors who are suffering more than us.

There have been many times where the Father’s heart was shining so brightly through everyone.

God says in Psalm 34:18 that He is “near to those who have a broken heart.”

We may not understand everything that has happened. But, we can trust that He is walking alongside everyone suffering.

Tomorrow, we will be serving breakfast, food, snacks, and a drink while supplies last from around 10 am - 12 pm.

We will be serving it in the parking lot of our physical therapy office, The Body Physical Therapy, at 1630 Old Clyde Rd., Clyde.

Let’s keep being the hands and feet of God. We are all part of “the body” with “many members” (I Corinthians 12:12).

Today, we were able to again feed about 150-200 people in need today.

Many people continue to be kind with donations of food, water, or money to keep the food and water coming. Thank you! God is blessing others through you more than you know! May God bless you too for your kindness and mercy.

Hello neighbors.

We will be serving pizza, snacks, and a drink tomorrow, while supplies last from around 12 pm until it’s gone.

We will be serving it out in the parking lot of our physical therapy office, The Body Physical Therapy, at 1630 Old Clyde Rd., Clyde.

Our neighborhood in Hyder Mountain got hit really hard. We know many neighbors and loved ones off of Old Clyde Road had homes destroyed too. We want to try and link arms and support each other during this time.

Please come out if you need a meal and something to drink tomorrow.
