Last Monday was my first zoom meeting with my nutritionist, Libby, this year. I had lost weight with her year before last then fell off and on the wagon a few times, losing, and gaining weight back again. So frustrating. I know how important it is to eat healthy and in moderation. I know the risks involved with overeating and eating unhealthily. I woulalso like to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight I was over 18 years ago.

So I’m back on the weightloss journey and after one week I’ve lost 8 lbs. I eat 3 balanced meals a day. No cheating. I never got hungry. It was amazing and not really hard. I’m focused and determined.

Libby has a great program and it’s very inexpensive. She’s really great for me because I work better with an accountability partner.

Here’s her number if anyone wants to use her for weightloss. I highly recommended her!!
