ATTN from Callahan County Medical Clinic: PLEASE read entirely … make sure that the clinic phone # is saved in your contacts #(325) 793-5102. When we return phone calls many of the mobile devices will not accept it & seems to be rejecting the call. It also affects the virtual & telemed visits.

Tips for success with cellular use:
📲 understand & know your phone
📲toggle airplane mode, disable do not disturb, check call forwarding, toggle Wi-Fi calling
📲check signal strength, remove phone case, switch 5G to 4G, reset network settings
📲reinsert SIM card, verify account status, clear call app cache
