A mini retreat for a mind, body, and soul reset.
If you’re feeling the need for gentle processing, quiet reflection, space to integrate, and a supportive, intimate container, this may be for you.
We’ll begin with an hour of trauma-informed Kundalini yoga that meets your body where you are, inviting you to tune in to your energy and listen inward.
Each participant will receive a personal 1:1 healing mini session, while others are supported in integrating through creative expression, quiet time in nature, journaling, or optional connection in community.
This 3-hour container is intentionally designed with choice, space, time, and freedom, allowing you to move at your own pace and honor what you need.
You’ll be gently supported in reconnecting with yourself, so you can re-enter your life feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
