One of the reasons I love Kundalini is that it allows us to process and release old narratives without having to consciously dig into them.
These practices work through the body β changing your state, creating safety, and inviting healing to happen naturally.
We teach the mind to soften its grip and give the body permission to do what it already knows how to do.
And yes, your body can do it too.
