National Crossant Day!
We baked up some fresh, fluffy and hot crossants over here at Clyde Nursing Center.
Our residents jumped in and made this happen.
They sprayed the pan and rolled them up to perfection!
The whole facility filled up with the delicious aroma!
We love staying busy and baking is one of our favorite activities!

This year she spent her birthday working and giving her time to our residents and we couldn't be more appreciative! Thank you Maurgan for everything you do for our residents!

This month we added a activity to the morning activities. The 700 Club!
Our residents love to watch this on t.v. it helps some of us balance throughout our day. We look forward to these morning get togethers. Especially with coffee in hand!
We plan on keeping this activity going through the month of February and the months after if the residents choose so.

We celebrated this occasion with the help of Meg from Hendricks Hospice.
She brought delicious cupcakes and vanilla ice cream cups!
This month we celebrated 8 residents birthday's!
Shirley, Becky, Shorty, Beverly, Joe, George, Iona and Loretta all had birthday's in January! What a party?!

These lovely two ladies came to Clyde at the same time and their bond is unbreakable! We love to see these ladies everyday walking the facility and full of smiles! Chris, our Administrator, photo bombing the ladies is priceless! We love to see our residents smile over here at Clyde Nursing Center!

Friendships are found right here at Clyde Nursing Center. 💛

We all cross paths with people from different walks of life, and sometimes the bonds we build turn into something truly special.

Judy and Ollie first met when Judy’s sister was Ollie’s roommate. Though her sister has since passed, the friendship between Judy and Ollie never faded.

Ollie still comes to visit Judy at least once a week to sit together, catch up, and of course play a little bingo. 🎉

Seeing their friendship continue to grow truly warms our hearts.

Thank you, Ollie, for being such a wonderful friend to Judy.

With winter settling in, National Coffee Break Day was a cozy favorite here at Clyde Nursing Center! ☕❄️

Our residents sure know how they like their coffee — black, with sugar and creamer, or just a splash of cream. And when the Texas air turns chilly, that warm cup stays close by all day long.

These little get-togethers are what we look forward to most — sharing laughs, stories, and staying warm together. A big thank you to our amazing Dietary Team for keeping the coffee hot and ready all day. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and our residents appreciate it more than you know!

What a great treat on this beautiful afternoon!
We all remember eating fig newton's when we were growing up. Such a tasty treat with fruit in the middle. Some residents ate theirs bite by bite, reminiscing on our younger years. We love our residents and it shows everyday!
