We will be providing free blood pressure screenings, and checking pulse and oxygen levels as well for attendees. We hope to see you there!

It's not too late to join the Passport to Wellness Program!
Open to adults ages 60+ in Indiana County, you can earn points monthly for completing healthy activities. Call our office at 724-349-4500 to register. Monthly scoresheets are available at all the ASI Social Centers or at our main office.

Here are some of the ways you can earn points in January:
🥕Nutrition Challenge- no fast food for the entire month!
🚶‍♂️‍➡️Go for a walk --January 20th is Take a Walk Outdoors Day!
