Spiritually speaking, the Strawberry Moon offers opportunities for growth and personal alignment 🧘🏼‍♀️

In particular, this is a good time to clear and recharge your chakras🌀

We will focus on the Root Chakra🔻and the Heart Chakra 💚

The Strawberry Moon is named for the strawberry harvest season in North America This full moon embodies the spirit of community, joy, and preparation for the hotter days ahead.

5 WEDNESDAY’S!!! I would love to have you join me for an Online Workshop!….. It is an invitation to begin a profound journey within. Through a blend of meditation, music from my album, movement, and self-inquiry, you are guided to explore the deep, untapped space of your true nature. This program will help you experience the depth of surrender and freedom, allowing everything, emotion, thought, and experience to come and go without resistance. Without that resistance, we allow ourselves to hang out in the unknown.

Let go of the pressure to change or fix anything. Instead, come undone and reconnect with what’s already whole and complete.
Program Details:
* Dates: February 12th - March 12th, 2025 Cost $150.00
* Session Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes per week
* Time: Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM Eastern

Each week, we will meet live for an intimate, transformative session. Gina tapped into the high vibration with this one 🌀
These times are hard and this affirmation song/mantra helps calm my nervous system. I listen to it every night and every morning. The song is very meditative. I can feel the cosmos vibrating as Gina Marie Slager sings and chants these syllables, as I sing and chant these words in this order, in this rhythm, that came through her. It's like Mother Earth is singing out loud to everyone who listens to the beat of her soul.

Maa kaali

Essence of Goddess Kali

Maa Kaali is the most compassionate of all forms of Hindu Goddess or Devi because she paves the way for the liberation of the soul.

Maa kaali is the female counterpart of lord Shiva who is considered the Goddess of Destruction in Hinduism. Just as Shiva had taken in all the poison that emerged during the Samudra Manthan (churning of the divine seas) in his throat and thus he got the name Neelkanth( one with a blue throat), Goddess Kali destroys the illusory ego of all her devotees. That’s why Maa Kali will appear in a fearsome form to people who are over attached to their egos. But if your worship her with utmost devotion without the barrier of the ego, you will see her as an affectionate, sweet and compassionate mother overflowing with eternal love for her children.

In that sense, Maa Kali also symbolizes eternal and boundless love.

You are invited to join us to celebrate the coming of Summer Solstice with yoga on the beach during the Amrit Vela, the ambrosia hours.

The hours around sunrise and sunset are magical. In those special moments right before dawn, when night is giving way, when the first hint of dawn in seen in the east – and those moments after sunset, when the day is fading slowly into night, are what is called in yogic science amrit vela, the ambrosial hours. In these hours, when the veil that separates night and day is thinnest, we find perfect moments for reflection, yogic practice/meditation, and perhaps simple togetherness.

We will practice a moving meditation with sun salutations ☀️
Everyone is welcome 🧘🏻‍♀️

Bring a yoga mat &/or beach blanket. Sunglasses suggested.
