At Inner Peace Yoga, we meet you where you are ~ and where you are is exactly where you are suppose to be ~ Thus the practice and transformation to the authentic self begins. We believe that every body is unique and has different abilities at many stages of life from childhood to adulthood. People start practicing yoga for numerous reasons. Practicing yoga is a personal experience. Yoga is designed to enhance consciousness and deepen awareness of the body, mind, and spirit. It helps balance the nervous system, improve cardiovascular health, and increase muscular-skeletal strength and flexibility. It positively impacts every system of the body; including the immune, glandular, circulatory, respiratory, muscular-skeletal, digestive, reproductive, and nervous systems. It reduces the negative effects of stress and improves mental health and overall well being. on an energetic level it opens and balances the energy centers, known as chakras, in the body. Inner Peace Yoga is for beginners as well as for the advanced yogi. Therefore, no experience is necessary. We offer Basic Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga, Kali Natha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra as well as Radiant Child Yoga for Children. Private yoga lessons are also available to meet your individual needs and times. I no longer have a brick and mortar space. I am available to teach at your yoga studio or at your home as time allows.
