4th Dimension Treatment Center is currently seeking a Weekend Third Shift Peer Support Specialist to join our team.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for women in residential treatment during overnight hours. The Peer Support Specialist will provide supervision, emotional support, and accountability while promoting recovery-oriented behaviors and program engagement.

Position Details:
• Schedule: Weekend third shift (overnight)
• Setting: Women’s residential substance use and mental health treatment facility
• Employment Type: [Full-time or Part-time – specify if needed]

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor client safety and adherence to program expectations
• Provide peer-based support grounded in lived recovery experience
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• De-escalate situations and respond appropriately to client needs during overnight hours
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:
• Peer Support Certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• Strong interpersonal and boundary-setting skills
• Ability to remain alert, responsive, and professional throughout overnight shifts
• Prior experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred

NOSW’s mission is to improve the financial 💵, educational 🎓, and personal 🌸 circumstances of under-resourced women in the Appalachian region 🌄, and we witnessed 👀 that impact firsthand 💫.

At NOSW, women 👩 are given a safe 🛡️, supportive 🤝 space to build confidence 🌟, develop life skills 🧠, and create meaningful connections 💞. They are reminded that their potential is limitless 🚀—even when life has placed barriers ⛰️ in their path.
