ORHC was established in 1978 with a vision of bringing quality healthcare to rural Southeast Tennessee.

Each location offers a minimum of two providers as well as a caring support staff of nurses and office management to meet all of your medical needs.

Please drive with caution while entering and exiting the parking lot of Grundy County Primary Care Center due to the construction taking place on SR 56. There will be workers and equipment along the road and driveway of the office, so please watch out for any work taking place while visiting with us today!
