Stop on by the WCU quad today from 11-1 for Exercise is Medicine Day, lots of great events and activities. Be sure to grab a snack from Elite!

Between 25 and 30 student organizations and community groups will be on the Academic Quad on Wednesday, April 22, for the University’s annual Exercise is Medicine Day (EIM) event. Health checks, giveaways, snacks, and activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Time to meet Steph!

Steph has been treating patients for over 8 years and brings a passion for helping people—especially when it comes to applying the latest techniques and knowledge she’s aquired.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her spending time at the lake with her dogs 🐾

Fun fact: If she hadn’t pursued physical therapy, she would’ve been a math teacher! She loves how math is direct and straightforward—and believes orthopedic physical therapy works the same way when you find the right approach.

It’s time to meet Nina!!!

“I have been a Physical Therapist for almost 10 years. A perfect day off looks like a morning workout or run, a coffee date with my dog, Penny, at a local coffee shop with a good book, and paddleboarding during the golden hour at Marsh Creek with Penny and friends. If I weren't working as a physical therapist, I would own a Scuba and Watersports Shop with a French Fry Snack Bar 🙂”

Time to meet another therapist! Here’s Alyssa from our West Chester Clinic!

I wanted to be a marine biologist for a long time. It wasn’t until high school that I discovered physical therapy. There was a brief time when I considered pursuing dentistry, but decided physical therapy was the best fit for me and I’m so glad I did! When I’m not working, you can find me exercising (spin, ballet, pickleball, hiking, or group fitness classes), spending time with my family and friends, or traveling / planning my next trip!

Most days you can find Trevor splitting his time between our Coatesville Clinic and our Coatesville YMCA location- but when he has some free time he enjoys fishing, and eating tacos. Let's meet Ryan! He has been working as a Physical Therapist since graduating in May 2025 from Widener University. He has interest in vestibular/concussion specialty care as he has personal experience dealing with recovery from vestibular dysfunction and sports related concussions. In his free time he enjoys golfing, playing guitar, and hiking. If he wasn't a physical therapist he would most likely pursue a career in psychology. We are so glad to have Ryan at our West Chester clinic!
