INSURANCE INFORMATION:

We accept CDPHP and MVP medicare plans, most CDPHP and MVP plans through employers, Eyemed, and Aetna vision plans. We do accept Medicare, but please be aware that Medicare only covers medical eye exams, not routine check ups. Don't worry! We work with uninsured patients to provide afforable eyecare. If you'd like to know more, give us a call at 518- 234-2020. Patients with Davis Vision, VSP, Spectera, and Excellus:
We do not accept these plans directly. Some individuals have out of network benefits that are able to be reimbursed for their visit. If you'd like to schedule an eye exam with us, check with your plan to see if you have out of network reimbursment benefits and for how much.
