Hey!! I’m currently working on getting my holistic nurse certification..... becoming a nurse coach!!!! It’s very exciting and if you know me well it’s just what I’ve been looking for combining my RN & yoga, wellness, whole being, positive worlds together!!

I am looking for a few clients to complete my practicum..... and it is FREE!

If you feel like you could use a change in your life, feel stuck, unmotivated. Have goals you can’t seem to complete. This could be in ANY aspect of your life! This may be a perfect fit for you!

When everything is uncertain and changing it’s when we need yoga most..... heartbreaking we can’t be. Studio is cleaned out and keys returned 😢, I can’t begin to thank everyone who helped and supported me along the way. I love the community, family we created. I wish you all peace and steadiness during this hard time and the next, practice what you’ve learned, be with the uncomfortable, feel the sensations with no judgement. Move your breath with your body and feel whole 💖

I wanted to let everyone know, I plan to close the studio at the end of March. As much as I talk about following your heart and doing what’s good for your soul, I need to listen! It has been an amazing experience and I’ve met the most amazing people, and feel like I’ve shared so much of what I love about yoga. I have reached a place where my family and work (and I added school) need more of my attention. I like to do my best when I do something and being stretched to thin doesn’t allow me to. I can’t thank everyone enough for all the support and love 💖

I want everyone to have enough time to use their cards, gift certificates!
