🏆 Residents Say: Residents praise Lisa for exemplifying the spirit of community and fostering a caring, family like atmosphere. They highlight her integrity, transparency, and dedication to building trust. Lisa is always eager to help, whether convenient or not, and consistently demonstrates genuine care for both residents and team members. She is extremely competent, responsible, and deeply committed to her role, making her an invaluable presence at the front desk.
🏆 Lisa Says: I just love it here! The residents and team members mean so much to me. I believe the smallest extra effort can brighten someone’s whole day, and people are always so grateful and make sure to let you know they are grateful. When my mother was in the hospital, the team there made her feel like family and that comfort stayed with me. I try to offer that at Broadmead, hoping to bring the same warmth to our residents, their families, and our team. That little extra step can really make all the difference.
