🏆 Congratulations to Jenny Bell, Social Worker for Broadmead! Jenny is Broadmead's first "Above. Always." Champion of the Month (formerly known as Team Member of the Month).

She coordinated all necessary details in an impressively short amount of time, ensuring the resident could leave safely and confidently. Her proactive approach, thoughtful communication, and calm follow through in a time sensitive situation highlight her commitment to outstanding service.
Jenny’s colleagues admire the tireless effort she brings to her work each day. She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure residents receive the very best care, and her dedication leaves a meaningful impact on the entire team. Coworkers value her extensive knowledge, resourcefulness, and determination. Whether problem solving, supporting teammates, or advocating for residents, Jenny is a dependable force who elevates everyone around her.

Jenny says, “I’ve enjoyed working with older adults since high school, when I first volunteered at Keswick Rehab and then worked in Assisted Living dining. After 25 years in social work, I’ve learned that the core of this role is active listening, understanding both spoken and unspoken needs, and advocating for the residents. I value the daily connections with residents and families and the teamwork that helps us work toward one shared goal: supporting residents and improving their quality of life.”
