Join us Saturday, January 31st from 3:30–5:00pm for one of our favorite kinds of gatherings, the kind that brings us together outside of class.

🌿 Bring a homemade dish to share 🍽️ Bring your own plate + utensils to help us cut down on waste 👕 Bring gently loved clothes to swap, share, and pass along

Anything not taken will be donated to House of Hope Church on Merritt Island, which supports a free store for individuals experiencing homelessness.
We truly love hosting events like this. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, share food, stories, and resources, and strengthen the community we’re building together.

We’re returning to Costa Rica ✨
 This will be our second time hosting at this incredible location (and our third retreat overall), and we’re already dreaming of jungle mornings, ocean air, and movement under the palms.

This 7 night retreat is an invitation to step out of your routine and into something slower, deeper, and more intentional without needing to “do” more.

It’s super easy to do and makes a huge difference in helping us: • manage waitlists • accommodate more students • keep things fair and flowing smoothly

We truly don’t want to introduce late cancellation fees and honoring this policy helps protect the integrity of the studio and the community we’ve built together.

After months of showing up, studying, practicing, and finding their voices, our trainees are stepping into the role of teacher and this is a huge milestone in their journey.

🎶✨ Sound Healing Journey with Kim & Carrie ✨🎶

Join us Saturday, February 7th | 4:00–5:30 PM for a deeply immersive Sound Healing Journey designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and bring you back into balance. 💫

You’ll rest comfortably as waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes guide you into deep relaxation and restoration. This is your invitation to slow down, reset, and receive. 🤍

This community is what makes this space so magical. The consistency, the support, the energy, the encouragement that’s what keeps this studio alive and thriving. It’s not the schedule or the walls… it’s YOU.

⚠️ Heads up: Surfing Santas is happening in Cocoa Beach, which means downtown will be an absolute zoo 🐒🎅🏼 🚗 Plan for traffic, parking issues, and extra time—or bike it if you can.

Some of our ankle weights that are meant to stay at the studio have been accidentally taken home over time. If you happen to have a pair and didn’t realize they were studio-use, we’d really appreciate them being returned so everyone can continue to enjoy them in class.

Moving forward, we won’t be opening any more retail ankle weights for shared studio use. Unfortunately, replacing them repeatedly just isn’t something we can sustain as a small business.

✨ Good news though — ankle weights are available for purchase in the retail space if you’d like your own pair to bring to class or use at home.

Thank you for helping us take care of the space and the shared resources that make this community what it is. We truly appreciate you. 💛
