She found yoga in her 40s as a way to restore and heal her body.

Ready to test your grit?
After the energy of Plank Palooza (and those 15 minute planks 😳), we’re bringing the heat again.

Saturday, March 21
2–3pm
In studio

Spots are limited
This is a structured, one hour burpee challenge designed to be intense, organized, and seriously fun.

How it works:
4 minutes of burpees
1 minute mandatory rest
Repeat for a full hour

Everyone starts together.
Everyone rests together.
One official studio timer.
You are NOT expected to go nonstop.
You can skip an entire 4 minute round if needed and jump back in for the next one. Strategy + pacing are part of the game.

We’re growing & looking for extra front desk support!
Our studio is expanding, and we’re looking to add a few work trade front desk team members to help support busy weekends and evening classes.

🗓 Shifts needed:
• Weekends: 10–1pm (Sat & Sun)
• Evenings:
– Monday 7-9pm
– Possibly future Saturday 5:30–7:30pm

✨ Perks include:
• Free unlimited membership

• Bring a guest to class up to 2x/month

✨ Meet Mike ✨

Mike found yoga in 2016 while rehabbing a running injury, and what started as physical healing quickly became a deeper personal practice. Since then, he’s completed his 200-hour training and continued his studies in breath work, meditation, Reiki, and trauma sensitive yoga. He’s also currently training with the Prison Yoga Project.
Mike’s classes are grounded in the breath and focused on creating a safe, supportive space where students can meet themselves exactly as they are. Expect a thoughtful, gently challenging practice that encourages curiosity and inner awareness.
You can catch Mike teaching Sunday 5pm, a perfect way to wind down and reset for the week ahead.
