O Divine Spirit,
under the radiance of the final Super Full Moon in Gemini of 2025, I open my heart to release every karmic cord my soul has silently carried.

I cut the threads that bind me to cycles I have already outgrown, freeing myself from energetic debts that no longer serve my evolution.

I release every echo of past lives, past versions, and past identities that have completed their purpose.

I honor the lessons these connections once offered and allow their teachings to return to the light.

I welcome clarity as this moon reveals what my spirit is finally ready to rise beyond.

I release every person who is no longer aligned with the direction of my becoming, even if my heart once clung to their memory.

I let go of those who only chose me when it was convenient and reclaim the energy I once abandoned for the sake of belonging.

I welcome the courage to choose alignment over attachment, truth over longing, and integrity over illusion.

I trust my intuition more than my fears, knowing it has always whispered the truth before I was ready to hear it.

I surrender to the path that leads me forward, not backward.

I release the wounds I pretended did not hurt, the silent heartbreaks I carried alone, and the emotions I hid to appear strong.

I stop forcing what has shown it was never meant for me and forgive myself for staying in places where my light was dimmed.

I let go of guilt, self-blame, and the habit of shrinking to survive.

I honor the parts of me that waited patiently for healing, even when I kept turning away.

I embrace the courage to return to myself with compassion, sortness, and truth.

I release every energetic imprint that is not mine, every weight I absorbed out of empathy, and every burden I carried out of responsibility.

I let go of projections, expectations, and spiritual interference that pulled me away from my center.

I honor the quiet ways my soul has been healing this year, reshaping me from within.

I release the pressure to have everything figured out and make space for divine timing to unfold.

I trust the sacred redirection that guides me where my energy flows with freedom, ot resistance.

I release the timelines, stories, and identities that no longer match the person I am becoming.

I surrender the cycles that have completed and open myself to new paths shaped by truth, purpose, and alignment.

I trust that what is meant for me will rise, that what is not meant will fall away, and that my future calls me with clarity and love.

I allow the Divine to redirect my steps toward the reality my soul has been preparing for.

I thank this final Super Full Moon in Gemini for illumination the ending and blessing the beginning.

As within, so without.

During my morning meditation
I focused on letting go of the past
with forgiveness for myself and others
and decided my new life starts today.

I've silently been winning battles.

I'm continually investing in my personal
& business growth.

We just have this one life, and I like to
believe the best days are yet to come!

I feel like I'm walking into the most
vital year of my life.

Every day we have the ability to make choices
Every day our kindness can change someone's life.

Healing wounds can be a lifelong process but
is progress and when we heal our own wounds,
without even knowing, we help others heal theirs.

Green is the color of our heart chakra.
Learn to get out of your head and into your heart.

It will change your life.

To quote Tony Robbins "change your story,
change your life" and this made me reflect on
my story of hardships I've shared, in hopes of reaching
even one person to know they are not alone when
going through tough times.

But my story has changed.

I rewrote my story.

I survived all those things that I didn't know how I would.
Not only survived but have changed my story to one of
success. If I can turn my life around, so can you!

If you are going through a tough time, keep going.

If you falter at how far you have to go, give yourself
credit for how far you've come.

We are all on this journey, there are no hard and fast
rules, there is no destination, just this amazing journey.
Enjoy the ride!

Know you are worthy of all your dreams

I have been in love with the moon for many lifetimes.
The Moon moves the tides
The Moon moves the people

I am a Moon Child

You don’t have to be wealthy to be worthy.
Your worth is in your true nature,
a core of love and inner goodness.

You are a beautiful light.
You are love.

This is a perfect time to let go of
anything and anyone that no longer
serves your higher purpose,
set your intentions by writing them down.

What needs to be released can then be burned
and with the smoke will dissipate.

Just let go.

Let go of the way you thought your life should be.
There is only now.
Embrace the life that is trying to work its way to you.

You have survived everything you thought you could not.
Keep moving forward soldier of the sky.

Everything you need will come to you at a perfect time.

There is no profit in healthy people.

When we spend years of our lives not taking care of the one thing that is worth more than all the gold on the planet...our bodies.

Our health is our greatest wealth.

All the fat bank accounts, big houses and fancy sports cars mean nothing if you are ill, or dying. At that point, you'd trade it all just to have your health back.

There are times, I believe, when we are younger, we take so much for granted when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. We bounce back pretty good when we're in our 20's for the most part. But each decade we are blessed to roam through life, the bad choices are far less forgiving.

Once looped into the broken healthcare system this country is famous for, it will take a very long time to find that healthy life, if ever.

How do you change a lifetime of bad habits?
How do you realize the one thing that really matters?
How do you start?

When people ask me how I lost 100 pounds and reversed type 2 diabetes, I'm fairly certain they really don't want to know the hard truth of what it takes. But the short and doable answer; one day at a time. Sometimes one hour at a time and on hard days, 10 minutes at a time. But I refused to give up on myself.

That journey lead me down a path of what realizing that even well respected doctors (and I had those) in all the years it takes to earn that doctorate, spend about 5 minutes on nutrition.

They make more bank prescribing pills.

My personal story is long, hard, full of trauma and heartbreak, not for this post, but to let you inside my life, how I took my health back, how I changed everything and how I stay strong and healthy. This lead me to a 20 year career in holistic health and personal training, oh and my love...yoga.

One thing I'd been most embarrassed about in my life ...

was being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
At the time, I really didn't know or understand what that was.

I've been blessed with a (mostly) healthy life. The worst things that had happened to me were injuries opposed to illness.

I was a tomboy, rough and tumble gal, laid over dirt bikes, fell off horses and out of trees, car accidents and even fell off a stage and broke ribs that collapsed a lung!! That takes talent!

But the diabetes landed in a way that really hit me hard.

Type 2 diabetes is a lifestyle disease.

When I decided to change my life, did the necessary research and created a plan, that's when my life started to come back into my control. I did not do this alone. I had the support of my doctor and my personal trainer.

When I've shared my story, people have asked me how I did what I did, I've often thought...they really don't want to know there was a lot of hard work involved. But it was so freaking worth it.

Twenty years ago, when I was diagnosed, I was also diagnosed morbidly obese.

How could this 5'1" woman carry all that weight?
A one word answer: Depression.

After losing 100 pounds and reversing type 2 diabetes, I became a personal trainer in 2006!

There had been a lot of trauma in my life. That's really a story for another day, however, I did not have the proper help to recover and basically self medicated with food, alcohol and drugs (not the kind you get from a doctor). I'm not proud of that part of my story.

I am proud of my recovery.

I toyed with the idea of creating a way to help support you through a journey to stellar health if you've been diagnosed with pre or type 2, and I sat on that for quite some time.

Then last year I decided the time and my energy, felt right for this program.

Sugar, We Need to Talk...was birthed!

There is the choice we have to make. It's a very personal choice.

But when you choose your health, there really is no downfall.

Our health is our greatest wealth, and the benchmark of quality
(and quantity) of life as we age.

The door has been opened

one foot in front of the other.

Walk into the next chapter
Walk into the next adventure

It’s all waiting for me.

My dear child, do not fear the unknown
Courage is being scared and doing it anyway.

The only limits we have are our beliefs.

Don't worry about doing everything perfectly.
Perfect is boring.

A new journey awaits. Just walk.

The past is an interpretation.
Did you know memories are
simply neurons firing?

The future is a projection.

Did you know you can predict
your own future with today's actions?

The present moment is where
life actually happens.

Did you know if you focus on
the present moment you are

Healing is a lifelong process.

Not like a physical wound that
once the actual wound and scab
are gone kind of healed.

The scars are there forever.

Until they are neurons firing.

And the future is what we make it.

You are a woman with no land, no city.

Your home is not outside.
It is not even in the bones that keep your frame.

It is that wildness you enter when you close your eyes,
when you are almost dreaming.

It scares you sometimes to venture there,
because you must go alone.

But go, you must.

Go, to see yourself.
Go, to meet the parts that you have forgotten.
Go, to be free.

I have this ache
This wanderlust

I do not know where my home is

Then it occurred to me

Home is in my own heart
Home is who I see in the mirror
Home is in the eyes of my beloved friends
Home is a feeling, not a place.

Once we accept that

You do not have to stay the same
You do not have to apologize for evolving
You do not have to apologize for outgrowing
people, places, jobs, situations, relationships.

You can transform.

You can recreate yourself
as many times and as often as you like
and you owe no explanation for
doing what is best for you.

grow

transform
integrate

Walk your damn walk.
Call forth your magic.
Find your courage.

Pick up your sword, and save yourself.

You have the power to create the most incredible life.

There are times you may doubt yourself.
There are times you may think it's too hard.
There are times you may believe you are just not cut out for the work, you're too tired, you don't feel 100%, you don't know where to start.

The key is to find balance so that in holding the duality of life's pleasures and pains you find the resiliency to move forward with your plans of creating the life of your desires with sharp stellar emotional intelligence, clearing the way to focus on your wellbeing, mindset, and your health.

Embrace all that you are.

Even the unsure parts that you feel.
Even the old paradigm that limits you.

The changes come when you decide.
As simple and as complicated as that.

Decide.

You want more.
You want better.
You want excitement.
You want love.

You are here to set yourself free from the patriarchy that tries to make us believe we are less than.
