Extremely comfortable temperatures are continuously maintained (mid-70s)…but bring a blanket or wear long sleeves if you tend to chill easily. Book lights are available for those who wish to read…but most clients use the time to meditate…and many fall asleep to the soothing LED lights (which fade through 16 colors) and surround sound relaxing music. Each meditative and soothing 45-minute session will leave you blissful and breathing easy…with lasting effects for your body, mind and soul. Salt room hours are 11:30-7:00 Tuesday through Saturday and by appointment only. Individual 45-minute sessions are $35…with packages of 3/$90 & 5/$125 available. Room rental is $100 up to four people...and I’m able to rearrange the room to accommodate a group of five for $125.
