You’ve tried everything. The different holds, the gas drops, the warm baths. You’ve spent hours bouncing, swaying, shushing, anything to help your baby feel comfortable. But the crying continues, and you’re left wondering what you’re missing.
Here’s what I want you to know: You’re not doing anything wrong.
This week, a mama brought in her baby who’d been struggling with gas pains and inconsolable crying most days. She was exhausted, not just from the lack of sleep, but from watching her little one hurt and not knowing how to help her.
During her first adjustment, something shifted. She melted on the table. Her little body finally relaxed.
Mom texted me after: she slept well, was visibly calmer, so much more comfortable.
But here’s the deeper part, mom could finally relax too.
Sometimes our babies’ bodies just need the right support to function the way they’re meant to. And when they get that support, those peaceful moments you’ve been longing for become possible again.
If you’re in that hard place right now, I want you to know that I see you, you’re doing great, and I’m here to support you. DM me if you’d like more information. 🩷
