A friendly reminder to the QiSound crew ⏰
Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8,
Yes… we lose an hour of sleep, but we also gain something spectacular — longer evenings and more sunshine! Which means a little more beach time and a few extra moments to breathe at the end of the day. 🌞
As we make the shift, here are a few gentle ways to keep your Qi flowing smoothly:
☑️ Double-check any Monday appointments so nothing sneaks up on you
☑️ Designate “me time” on your schedule
☑️ Begin the day with Dantian Breathing (breathing from the belly - in and out through the nose)
☑️ Step outside and soak up nature, whenever you can, even if just a little evening light
☑️ Move your body — close your eyes, get into your Wuji Posture, think back to your favorite QiSound movement, and flow.
Small adjustments help the body harmonize with the change, and these effects can be felt with as little as a few minutes of gentle flow a day. Calming and resetting your nervous system.
Longer days are ahead, and spring is just around the corner.
