The water customer service counter is able to accept cash, check, and credit card payments for water bills. Because water customer service is fully back in service, we are resuming with regular late fees and disconnection for non-payment. Water disconnection for non-payment will begin on Monday, March 16, 2026, and late fees will begin on April 1, 2026. Please note the water customer service kiosk outside of City Hall is unavailable at this time.

🐾💜 Last week we honored Ms. Austin as Panther of the week. Ms. Austin is truly a master when it comes to flexibility and dependability. She has taken on a new role and made it her own! She has formed incredible relationships with students and staff. Her smile lights up the hallways each and every day. We are blessed to have Ms. Austin on Team Endeavour! 💜🐾
