That’s me before (program) in the picture on the left. Not sure the exact weight I was in that picture, possibly around 280 lbs. I love to surf but being that heavy made it really hard to move. I was frequently out of breath, definitely out of shape, and after one surf session, I would be wiped out, exhausted and could barely move for a few days. In the picture on the right is me after being on (program). I was about 50 pounds lighter, I had energy galore. I didn’t exhaust easily, I had enough energy to surf in the morning and then again in the afternoon. My body also recuperated quickly enough where I could surf the next day. I didn’t need caffeine to keep me up throughout the day. I wasn’t craving for sugar anymore. The other day after cleaning the whole house by myself for two hours, I also lawn mowed the yard and dumped the trash. My wife asked me, “where do I get all that energy to do those things”....I said, “(my health program)!” With a huge smile. Thanks for letting me share.
