Greetings! It’s been years since I’ve posted, or even looked at my FB page! Since then, I moved my practice from Coconut Grove to Coral Gables. I continue to be grateful for having a most extraordinary and wonderful clientele. Many have been with me for more than ten years! I thank all for their support and friendship.
It is a privilege to make a living doing work I’m passionate about and to recognized as among the best! Here sending best wishes for a blessed Holiday Season 2021. We all need it. 💕🙌🏼💫

To alleviate heat rashes and mosquito bites keep a bottle of Witch Hazel in the refrigerator, and splash some on the affected area. It works wonders! It's inexpensive, get it at CVS or Walgreens, or there is a special one by Thayers at Whole Foods. It also works great as an after-shave or toner for the face.

Ladies, don't forget to use sunscreen not just on your face but also you neck, chest, shoulders. Keep a hat in your car for impromptu daytime walks!

Sleeping on your side creates folds on the face that eventually become wrinkles. Change your position often to avoid this. Better yet, sleep flat on your back!

Ok, so in my prior post on the skin benefits of Selenium, I wrote Brazil nuts are highest on list, so I began eating loads of them very day! WRONG!
You should only have 2 or 3 a day. Too many can actually cause some adverse reactions.
