Dear Primary Care Patients,

I'm writing to share an important and exciting update about the future of my practice.

Over the years, one of my greatest priorities has been providing you with thoughtful, personalized care. Unfortunately, the traditional healthcare model often limits the time physicians can spend with patients and focuses more on volume than on prevention and wellness.

To better serve you and provide the level of care I believe you deserve, our practice will be transitioning to a new model of care through an affiliation with MDVIP, a national network of physicians focused on personalized medicine and preventive care.

What this means for you:
This new model allows me to care for a smaller number of patients, which means:
*More time during appointments
*Same-day or next day visits when needed
*More direct communication with your physician

The MDVIP Wellness Program:
One of the central benefits of this model is the annual MDVIP Wellness Exam. This is a comprehensive evaluation that goes well beyond a typical annual physical and includes:
*Advanced cardiovascular and metabolic screening
*Detailed health risk assessments
*Personalized wellness planning
*Lifestyle and prevention strategies tailored specifically to you

The goal is to identity potential health concerns earlier, support long-term wellness, and help you stay as healthy and active as possible.

Understanding the Membership Fee
MDVIP is a membership-based program, which includes an annual fee. This fee covers the enhanced services that are not typically included in traditional insurance-based care, such as:
*The comprehensive wellness exam and advanced screenings
*Increased access and time with your physician
*Preventive health planning and coordination of care
Importantly, your insurance will still be used for covered medical visits, tests, and procedures, just as it is today.
