šŸ’— Just a reminder—love (and ice cream!) is almost here. šŸ¦

In just two days, we’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day with our Long Term Care residents during our 2nd Annual Ice Cream Celebration at Cody Regional Health.

This special afternoon of music, smiles, and sweet treats is made possible through the generosity of the Adopt a Resident Program (AaRP)—and we’re so grateful for the love and support that helps make moments like this meaningful for our residents.

By becoming a CNA testing site, Cody Regional Health is helping open doors to healthcare careers while keeping education and opportunity close to home. We’re grateful for the work of Shelly Kindt, RN, and our partners at the Wyoming State Board of Nursing.

Please help us spread the word to anyone who may benefit from this new opportunity! For more information please reach out to Shelly at 307.578.2409.

šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļøāœØ Something new is taking shape at Cody Regional Health! āœØšŸš¶ā€ā™‚ļø

Our Wellness Coordinator, Mindy, has been busy bringing our VitalPath Indoor Walking Path to life — and we’re so excited to share a behind-the-scenes look as the vinyl goes up downstairs in the main campus basement!

The best part?
šŸ‘‰ This indoor walking path is open year-round and welcome to the community. Whether it’s cold, windy, or snowy outside, you’ve got a safe, indoor place to keep moving.

As you walk, you may notice some CRH Employee Wellness Challenge signs and resources along the path. Community members are absolutely welcome to ignore these and simply enjoy the walk — we just ask that those materials be left in place, as they’re part of an internal wellness program for CRH employees.

Movement matters. Community matters. And we’re proud to offer a space that supports both. šŸ’™

Come walk with us — anytime.

We’re 82% of the way there!
Our "Living Made Lovely" campaign is so close to the finish line—but we need your help to reach 100%. Reaching our goal means our Long Term Care residents can welcome the New Year with new nightstands and wardrobes that will make their spaces feel more like home.

Every dollar truly counts. ā¤ļø

As we celebrate the retirement of Stephen Mainini, MD, we want to clearly reassure our community:

Wound Care Services at Cody Regional Health are NOT going away.

Dr. Mainini helped build a strong, trusted Wound Care program—one designed for continuity, teamwork, and long-term service to our community. We are proud to carry that foundation forward with a dedicated clinical team and a clear plan for the future.

Our Wound Care Clinic remains fully operational and is led by Linsea Ford, DO and Connor Deal, MD, who are committed to continuing high-quality, compassionate wound care close to home.

Have you met Caleb Knox? Caleb is THE Plant Operations person for Long Term Care. As he says it, ā€œI am their main go-to-guy. I fix their recliners and wheelchairs and sometimes help with their phones if they have problems. They know I am going to be there to help them.ā€

Our Long Term Care Center residents and staff will benefit from refreshed bedside tables and wardrobes—because environment matters when it’s your home. Updated furnishings not only create a more welcoming space, they also make daily maintenance and cleaning easier and more efficient.

Over the past few months, local middle school students have been visiting different departments across Cody Regional Health every Friday—spending time with our teams and getting a behind-the-scenes look at how our healthcare system works!

From patient scheduling to rehabilitation services, these students explored a wide range of careers and learned firsthand what it takes to care for our community. Their curiosity, energy, and willingness to dive in made this Classroom to Careers experience something truly special.

We can’t thank these students and Taylor Hensen enough for joining us on this journey—and we hope to see some of you back at CRH one day as future healthcare professionals! šŸ’™āœØ
