A graduate of the University of Mary with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Amanda has spent over a decade elevating our standard of care. Her commitment to professional growth is evidenced by her advanced Certificates of Achievement in Obstetric and Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB and CAPP-Pelvic)—prestigious credentials awarded after rigorous evidence-based education and peer-reviewed case reporting.
Amanda’s specialized expertise in pelvic health for men, women, and children, along with her focus on pregnancy and postpartum recovery, makes her an invaluable resource for our patients and community.

Help us celebrate Kourtney’s 1-Year Anniversary at Canyon Therapy! 🎉

Over the past year, Kourtney has made an incredible impact on our patients and our team. Her approach to care is rooted in research, driven by outcomes, and centered around each individual patient. She takes the time to create personalized treatment plans and is always seeking out the most effective, up-to-date techniques to help her patients succeed.

Kourtney earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College and brings a wealth of experience from her work in Washington, Montana, and Wyoming across both outpatient and home health settings. As a board-certified orthopedic specialist with advanced training in balance and vestibular rehabilitation, she treats a wide range of conditions—from orthopedic injuries and chronic pain to balance disorders and geriatric care.

Beyond the clinic, Kourtney embraces everything Wyoming has to offer—fishing, hiking, camping, kayaking, snowboarding—and even finds time for crocheting and reading.

We are so grateful to have her as part of the Canyon Therapy team. Thank you, Kourtney, for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing the best care possible. Here’s to many more years ahead!

We'd like to recognize Lauren Tillery who has been a cornerstone of Canyon Therapy for the past 9 years, and we truly couldn’t do it without her. From keeping our schedules running smoothly to managing referrals, insurance verifications, and authorizations, she’s the frontline powerhouse that keeps everything moving forward.

If you’ve ever called our office, you’ve likely been greeted by Lauren’s friendly voice—she’s often the first point of contact and always makes patients feel welcome and taken care of.

Beyond her incredible work, Lauren adds so much to our team culture—whether it’s helping with staff lunches on Fridays or making sure the candy bowl is always stocked with the good stuff (a very important job, of course!).

Thank you Lauren for your dedication, reliability, and all the little things you do that make a big difference every single day. We’re lucky to have you on our team!

We took a little "recovery" break from the clinic this week to celebrate something extra special—Madie’s baby shower! It was a day filled with laughter, treats, and so much love.
We are beyond excited for Madison and Nick as they prepare for this new adventure. Our team is like a family, and we can’t wait to meet the newest member of the crew very soon!
