Idaho's Medicaid cuts are putting disability services, including developmental disability agencies on the brink of closing their doors. These services help children and adults with disabilities learn vital life skills, communicate and live as independently as possibly.
If these providers cannot stay open, families will lose access to developmental therapy, personal care and other essential supports that make daily life possible. This isn't just about numbers on a budget - it's about real people who depend on these services to thrive.
Now is the time to speak up!
Please contact your legislators and ask them to protect developmental disability agencies and home care services from Medicaid cuts. Tell them that Idaho must value and sustain the professionals who teach and care for our loved ones.
Every voice matters! Together we can make sure Idaho continues to support the people and programs that strengthen our communities.
