Holidays can bring joy… and they can bring old patterns, stress, and emotional memories.
The beautiful thing? Your brain can learn new pathways.
LENS supports gentle rewiring so you can move through the season with more calm, more clarity, and more choice.

Your brain is designed to heal - it’s just waiting for the right nudge.
LENS meets your nervous system exactly where it is, softly guiding it out of survival mode and into a place of calm, clarity, and possibility.
When your brain feels safe, everything shifts: your emotions, your sleep, your energy, your capacity to cope.
Sometimes healing doesn’t require force… just a gentle reset.

Samantha Whiting, Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Samantha completed her education at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1993. She is a board certified Occupational Therapist.

Her postgraduate work includes pediatric outpatient therapy, adult outpatient therapy and adult long-term care therapy. She spent several years specializing in post-traumatic hand therapy.
