Healing isn’t just about the treatment — it’s about what happens between sessions.

Julie shares how she works closely with our Spravato patients each week. She checks in on their wins, any changes they’ve tried, and the progress they’re making — even the small steps.

For patients who are retired or struggling with motivation, Julie assigns simple, fun “challenges” for the week. Small projects. Achievable goals. Little wins that build momentum.

What starts as something they didn’t feel like doing often becomes something they’re proud to share at their next visit.

Because sometimes growth just needs a little structure — and someone in your corner to give you that gentle push.

End-of-Day Brain Dump

Before bed, take a few minutes to write down everything on your mind—no organizing, no editing, just let it out.
Getting thoughts onto paper helps clear mental clutter, quiet your mind, and set you up for better rest.

Try it tonight and see how much lighter your head feels in the morning!

How long does it take to notice results?

Everyone responds differently. Some notice changes sooner, others gradually. Care plans are continually evaluated and adjusted—because progress is personal.

Starting Spravato can feel overwhelming — so here’s what the process actually looks like.

In this video, Erika Sullivan, FNP, walks through the treatment protocol:

The induction phase includes 12 treatments over 8 weeks
• Twice weekly for the first 4 weeks
• Then once weekly for the next 4 weeks

After that, patients move into maintenance, where frequency is adjusted based on how you’re feeling — weekly, every two weeks, or spaced further apart.

Many patients ask if they have to stay on an antidepressant. While Spravato was originally used alongside oral medication, it can now be prescribed as monotherapy in certain cases.

We also strongly encourage pairing treatment with counseling — ideally within a day or two after a session — when the brain may be more receptive to building healthier pathways.

Structured. Supportive. Personalized.

Healing looks different for everyone.

In this testimonial, Katie shares her experience with both IV ketamine and Spravato. She describes IV ketamine as more dissociating — at times dreamlike — but also powerful in lifting layers of pain and sadness.

With Spravato, she experienced less dissociation while still feeling meaningful relief. She appreciates being able to adjust dosing depending on how heavy life feels in a given season.

Her story is a reminder: treatment is personal, and healing is possible.
