Why I am a hospice RN?

I love my work as a hospice RN because I get to be of service to my patients AND their family and friends. I love being able to support people‘s medical needs, as well as their emotional, social, and educational needs. I love working for a company that empowers patients and families to guide their own care. I find this work deeply challenging and fulfilling. 🦋

Hospice is not a one-size-fits-all type of care. We are always working hard to support people how they want to be supported, where they want to be supported, on their terms.

Full Moon Madness? We’ve got the cure! 🌕✨
It’s no secret that things can get a little wild in healthcare when the full moon rises — so our team decided to spread some lunar love with our Full Moon Baskets, delivered tonight to our night shift heroes at Pacifica Courtyard, Rose Terrace, and Pacifica Dalton!

Night shift workers often go unseen, but their care keeps everything running while the rest of the world sleeps. 💙

Moments of connection make all the difference.

Our team at The Courtyard has become what one staff member called 'a breath of fresh air' for residents. Through memoir classes, prayer services, and simply being present, Auburn Crest has become a lifeline of engagement and joy.

Recently, our historian Sara Jane helped residents enjoy sunshine while sharing their prayer requests—creating those spontaneous moments that matter most.

We're looking for compassionate volunteers to join our mission of Choosing to Live Every Moment throughout North Idaho.

🇺🇸 SPECIAL CALL TO VETERANS
Your service doesn't end - it continues! We especially need veteran volunteers to support fellow veterans in their final chapter. Help coordinate military honors with the American Legion, provide veteran-to-veteran companionship, and ensure no veteran faces their journey alone. Who better understands military service than those who have served?
