Ten years ago, I discovered Reiki, and it changed my life. As a Reiki practitioner, I've had the privilege of tapping into its transformative power, it’s had a profound impact on my self-growth journey.

Through Reiki, I've learned to quiet my mind, listen to my intuition, and trust the plan of the universe. I've overcome emotional blocks, released stress, faced and let go of my fears, and discovered a deep sense of inner peace. Of course this is a day to day practice and journey.

CRACK ON

Crack on with whatever it is you're doing to bring yourself a sliver of joy in this short life, my friends. Anyone with the time and capacity to judge you, really needs to go and find their own magic. It's a dark road if you're travelling in disguise and loaded down with shame. Be unafraid to shine that quirky light. It will lead the way for so many and free your soul from the box you've been squashed into all this time.
