November yoga schedule is here! All classes are held at Portal of Light Healing Center in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Yoga classes are open to the public (adults only) and to all levels! Beginners and students who are just getting back into yoga especially! Class is set to a steady but soft pace so that each student can reap the benefits of each pose. Drop in rates and packages are available.

New event incoming! I will be hosting a 12/12 portal event this December! We will begin the class with hatha yoga mixed with fun somatic practices. Post yoga, we will have an extended savasana practice/guided meditation and tie is all together with some reflective journaling. If you are looking for a way to elevate your energy and strengthen your mind/body/spirit connection this event is for you ✨️

Hi everyone! I haven't introduced myself in a while, and it is definitely overdue. My name is Dani. I am an energy healer who is passionate about creating an environment where clients can connect with all parts of their being; mind, body, and soul. I am a certified yoga instructor and a somatic enegery healer. My aim as a healer is to hold space for others to step into their truth and explore their life from a place of curiosity and playfulness.

I am a high-energy person who is obsessed with the outdoors and movement. When I am not spending time connecting with my friends, you can probably bet I'm on my bike somewhere in the woods (probably lost, but happy)!

I teach yoga typically twice a month at and have private healing sessions available on my website. The link is in my bio if you are curious about classes or sessions.

✨️Big changes, afoot!

✨️Hath Yoga will now be held on select Fridays rather than the 1st and 3rd friday of each month. These dates will vary each month, so please check my website/socials for updates! I will be posting a schedule each month to keep everyone informed on happenings. All hatha classes are held at The Portal of Light Healing Center on Sherman Ave.

✨️NEW! Yoga at McEuen Park! This is a free class to anyone who would like to attend. More details can be found on my website.This class will be held once a month while the weather is nice. If you intend on attending this class, I encourage you to sign up!
