As we undergo our transition to a more efficient, electronic health records software, we apologize for issues regarding scheduling, phone service, callbacks, etc. Please bear with us as we get through this transition the next couple months. 😵‍💫😫.

An agreement has been reached between Kootenai Health and Regence BlueShield that preserves access to care for our community. Throughout this process patients were at the center of every decision with a clear priority of continuity, stability, and local access to care. This outcome allows families to continue seeing their doctors and specialists while supporting the teams who provide care every day. Thank you to our community for your patience and continued trust.
