Our classes are appropriate for all levels. Private yoga and meditation sessions are also available.

Haramara got me like… 🥰

Last Valentine’s I was floating through magic at Haramara Retreat.
This week I return — to the jungle, the ocean, the remembering. 💫

Some places don’t just hold your heart… they wake it up. 💖

I head back this week and my heart already feels the medicine of that sacred land.

I absolutely L✨O✨V✨E curating private sound baths for people. This surprise birthday sound bath was so sweet and special! 💕 The birthday girl was truly surprised and deeply touched — you could feel the love and friendship in the room. It created such a tender, beautiful energy for celebration.

Exciting news to share…

Align Yoga Studio will be remodeling, reimagining, and reopening.🪷

To make space for this beautiful transformation, our current studio location will temporarily close beginning mid-December.

I feel ✨Pure Gratitude ✨ for this sacred & special studio space. This next chapter is all about growth & creativity. Our intention will always be to create a space for our community to move, breathe, gather, heal and connect.🦋
