❄️ Winter sports are fun but they come with risks!

A common winter injury we see at OSSM & OPTI is a torn ligament, like an ACL tear 🦵. It often happens during skiing, snowboarding, or even slipping on ice.

⚡ Signs to watch for: sudden knee pain, swelling, difficulty walking, or a popping sound at the time of injury. Early treatment is key to prevent long-term issues and get you back to the slopes safely.
