šŸˆšŸ„— Fuel your game day with a winning play: a healthy twist on a classic favorite, philly cheesesteak! Who says you can't snack smart while cheering for your team? šŸŽ‰

INGREDIENTS
ā–¢ 1 lb skirt steak, thinly sliced
ā–¢ 1 large onion, thinly sliced
ā–¢ 2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced
ā–¢ 8 large butterhead lettuce leaves
ā–¢ 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
ā–¢ 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
ā–¢ 2 Tbsp olive oil divided (or oil of choice)
ā–¢ 1 tsp dried oregano
ā–¢ salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1ļøāƒ£In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil until hot. Pan-sear the onions until they are translucent in color, add the sliced bell peppers and oregano, and cook until tender. Remove and set aside.
2ļøāƒ£In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and pan-sear the steak strips until golden brown in color. Add the salt and pepper, and the cooked mixture of vegetables. Mix everything and cook for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
3ļøāƒ£Assemble your mixture into your lettuce wraps. Top with provolone cheese and fresh parsley.
