EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT✨Join us for a Sound Bath experience with where you will be fully immersed in sound on Thursday, October 23 @ 6:30pm.

This is an immersive and deeply relaxing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation experience at Reform Studio in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This hour class is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Yoga mat is provided. Please bring a blanket. Spots are limited! 🩷🩵💛

OUTDOOR BARRE CLASS ☀️💛🧢 || We are SO excited to offer our third annual outdoor barre class || Wednesday, August 13th at 4:30pm (check-in 4:00pm). ✨

Hosted by Coeur d’Alene Cellars Winery , this 50 minute barre class will take place on the lawn at the winery. Bring your own mat, water bottle, friends, and a donation for CASA*. ❤️

This is a donation based class with all proceeds benefiting North Idaho CASA.* 💙Every minimum $10 donation will receive a complimentary drink ticket to Coeur d’Alene Cellars Winery. 🥂

After class, stay and enjoy snacks and drinks (available for purchase), spend time outside, socialize with friends, and enjoy the beautiful winery. 🍷🩷☀️

Kellie has been teaching Pilates at Reform Studio for nine years. She not only teaches Pilates Reformer classes, but also offers private sessions.

“Hi everyone! I have been teaching Pilates at Reform Studio since 2016. I have a few openings on my schedule for private sessions and would love to start working with you. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your body for the activities you do everyday. In a private session, we work on your specific needs. I love all of my clients and because of their dedication they are stronger, more flexible and balanced. They notice the benefits as they go through their day.”
