I am so grateful for this community! When you let your freak flag fly you will find your people.

The people who get you, the ones who love and appreciate all the weird things you love.
And the weirder the better. 🤣

This retreat was amazing. We are a group of holistic practitioners, wellness providers, product makers, and even farmers. We came together for an entire weekend where we got to experience each others gifts, have incredible conversations, and build lasting connections. This is the kind of thing that makes an impact on individuals and the community as a whole. If you are in the Inland NW and you fall into one of these categories, we would love to have you join our community.

In Human Design, I am a Manifesting Generator. I need movement! Living in the Inland Northwest can sometimes be difficult because of the lack of sun, so it’s important to take full advantage when the sun comes out…even if it is still cold! How do you nourish yourself based off of your design? Do you know what your design is? I’d be happy to help with an Exploratory Human Design session.

6 easy self-care tips that can change your life for good.
1. Sleep is the #1 most important thing you can do for yourself. What is one thing you can do to improve your sleep?
2. Moving our bodies helps to release toxins through the lymphatic system, and even gentle hormetic stress on the muscle and bones can decrease the effects of aging.
3. Breathing.... ahh breathing! Catch yourself if you are breathing through your mouth. Try throughout the day to breathe through your nose, and every once in a while take 3 deeps breaths. An alarm for this throughout the day is really powerful!
4. Unplug from technology. Give yourself a break from doom scrolling. Decreasing the amount of screen time has been shown to decrease depression and anxiety!
5. Practice self-compassion. You must love yourself FIRST, before you can give and receive true love to and from others.
6. Being intune with your needs, and your own boundaries is powerful. This is an important way to step into your power!! Tap into your inner knowing and learn to say no when something doesn’t feel aligned with you!

Juggling 6 different humans—each with their own personalities, wants, moods, and schedules—can make doing things together feel… complicated.

And yet, today we did it.

A simple walk to our neighborhood park.
#3 fought us the whole way there—turning back, protesting, arguing.
#1 didn’t really want to go and had other plans. Bringing his guitar helped. His quiet presence was still such a gift, even without much engagement.

And then… on the way home?
Smiles. Laughter. Lighter energy all around.

It’s amazing how fresh air and movement can gently shift everything.

I am so very grateful for the opportunity to host last nights women’s circle with my good friend . This was a powerful group of ladies that went deep, using the power of the super moon to release what no longer serves them in this time of their lives, and calling in what they want next. Going through the D-Codes training was rather intense. The community that is made there is wonderful. We’re all learning the same thing, going through growth, challenges, and even changes.

Lifetime connections are made when you go through things like that with like minded people. My D-Codes friends are like no other in the world! Magical human beings for sure!!!

When one of them is randomly driving through town and asks if you’ll meet them for lunch it’s a resounding “Yes!”

I was fortunate to have John as a part of my team at the in person workshop last January. We got to work together and got to know each other a little better. It was so good to see him again and connect with another D-Coder!
