Going through the D-Codes training was rather intense. The community that is made there is wonderful. We’re all learning the same thing, going through growth, challenges, and even changes.

Lifetime connections are made when you go through things like that with like minded people. My D-Codes friends are like no other in the world! Magical human beings for sure!!!

When one of them is randomly driving through town and asks if you’ll meet them for lunch it’s a resounding “Yes!”

I was fortunate to have John as a part of my team at the in person workshop last January. We got to work together and got to know each other a little better. It was so good to see him again and connect with another D-Coder!

We live in a culture that worships speed.
We rush through our days, multitasking our way through moments that deserve our full attention.
We measure success by how fast we respond, how quickly we complete, how urgently we deliver.
We’ve even baked it into our language — ASAP: “as soon as possible.”

But here’s the truth…
Speed isn’t always better.
In our hurry, we often sacrifice depth.
We trade intention for efficiency.
We bypass the present moment for the sake of getting to the “next thing.”

What if we rewrote the meaning of ASAP?
What if it became a gentle call to presence rather than a command to rush?

💗 ASAP:
As Slow as Possible
As Soft as Possible
As Soulful as Possible
As Sustainable as Possible
As Sincere as Possible
As Steady as Possible
Allow Space and Pause

Imagine the ripple effect if we all lived this way.
We would listen more deeply.
Speak more truthfully.
Create more thoughtfully.
Love more fully.

This is how we begin to reprogram our collective consciousness — by choosing presence over pressure, awareness over autopilot, soul over speed.

Because life is not a race to the finish line.
It’s a journey meant to be savored, one mindful step at a time.
