Laura Sferra- Holistic Counseling & Yoga Therapy Laura provides counseling services to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and eating disorders.

She is trained in EMDR and works at Cultivation Counseling in Coeur d Alene. Laura Sferra is a licensed clinical professional counselor who has worked in the mental health field for twenty years. She is in private practice and specializes in eating disorders and weight loss. She also works with individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, stress and life transitions. Laura is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. She weaves the many benefits of yoga practice into the traditional counseling experience.
