Saying “no” doesn’t make you selfish.
It makes you honest about your limits.
Even Jesus stepped away from crowds,
rested, and didn’t meet every demand placed on Him.
Love isn’t about constant availability.
It’s about showing up with a whole, grounded heart.
Sometimes the most loving thing you can do
is stop overextending yourself.
Because resentment grows
where boundaries are ignored.
And peace grows
where they’re honored.
If you’ve been feeling stretched too thin,
this might be your permission to pause.
You’re allowed to care for others
without abandoning yourself.
