It doesn’t take a lot to make a BIG difference in someone’s life.

We have TWO really wonderful ways to give back this season (specifically today 🙂).

1. CANOPY VILLAGE! We LOVE giving to this incredible locally funded organization. Community is at the heart of everything we do here, and is one of the reasons Coeur d’Alene is such an awesome place to be a part of. ALSO, remember our Family Flow with is on Saturday at 2! It’s free! Bring what you can to give.
2. Our very own MELISSA is having a baby next month, and we are throwing down to stock her up with diapers & whatever she needs. One box of diapers (or a $20 Venmo donation sent to CDA Power Yoga) will get you one ticket to a raffle for a THREE MONTH MEMBERSHIP ($450 value). Do not miss this chance to give back to someone who pours her heart into all of us (if you’ve ever been in her class, yes, that’s you 😉). .yoga

On the first of each month, we revisit the practice that started it all at CDA Power Yoga: a 90-minute Journey Into Power. This is the class that sparked our community—and continues to fuel it. Join for this practice Monday at 9:30.

Come experience the origin story in your own body. And ask your teacher about their lineage next time you come to class (or in the comments 🙂)
