Day 1 — Awareness: Noticing What Your Body Has Been Holding
So much of healing begins with noticing.
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Just noticing.
Your body has been carrying stories, stress, and survival patterns for years — often without your permission. When you slow down enough to listen, you begin to hear what your system has been trying to tell you all along.
This is where transformation starts: with awareness, compassion, and a willingness to come home to yourself.
If your body has been asking for attention, this is your sign to listen.
