👻Boo-nilla Brew👻

This banana-vanilla smoothie is hauntingly good—energizing, creamy, and perfect for a pre-haunt power-up. Use your go-to vanilla protein powder and blend with banana, almond milk, and a dash of nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 cup / 170 g ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ large banana, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. dry rolled oats
4 unsalted cashews
½ tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions:
Place almond milk, ice, protein powder, banana, oats, cashews, and nutmeg in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
